are still finalizing enrollment, and should have a definitive start date soon (hopefully!)
Insurances Still Pending Initial Approval:
Humana, Standard Medicaid, Community First, & other Medicaid managed care plans.
Unfortunately,
Aetna's network is not accepting new providers at this time. The credentialing team will continue to monitor this and reapply when they are open again.
***However, Whether your Child's Insurance is Accepted or Not, Please provide a copy of the FRONT and BACK of your child's current primary (and secondary, if applicable) insurance card.
